Whenever a client suffers a fire or water loss, their insurance will usually cover the loss and is involved throughout the whole process. The client is also under lots of stress and doesn't know what to do or how to handle the situation. That’s where we come in. Our team knows how to handle these situations and we work closely with the insurance providers. When a loss occurs, we get in touch with the insurance provider and work with them every step of the way. We document all the damages and communicate with the insurance to make sure that all the work we do gets approved. The only thing that the client has to worry about is paying their deductible.
